Hands down the BEST hotel in Tucson, Az for the price! We recently had the pleasure of staying here in a Casita style King Suite and WE loved everyday of it! The facility & grounds are styled of the Mexican cultures with rustic looks and warmth. We had a patio on our front & back porches. It is PET friendly so both our cat 🐈& turtle loved it too! Their breakfast is truly first class served daily with multiple hot menu items that are freshly made and some self served items. The restaurant and bar have daily specials that are both refreshing and cost appropriate. This hotel/resort has some of the 520's gorgeous sunset & sunrise views. 🌵The front desk staff greet you with smiles and genuinely good customer service. The house keeping staff do great work keeping the rooms and grounds clean and in order. Our family can truly recommend this hotel to all for a nice quality stay that recharges your batteries for your days! 😁 Thank you to ALL staff here for making us feel welcomed, appreciated and valued....

La Posada is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for an event. I booked my wedding here back in May with the wedding coordinator. In November, I get an email from a different coordinator asking if I was still interested. Apparently the original coordinator "quit" and I was not informed. I explained that I already signed a contract and left a deposit. I resent the contract, and found out the first coordinator made promises she couldn't keep. The new coordinator then apologized and promised to comp me a DJ for all of the trouble. Last week I was emailing the coordinator and didn't receive a response. I called the hotel Saturday morning and they informed me she no long works there. Again, no one informed me. They gave me the email for the "event manager" and I emailed him immediately. I explained the whole situation, explained why I was upset, and asked for the wedding I want with my deposit back. Two hours later he responded and said "I understand why you are upset. Here is a receipt for your money back." I replied back and said "I assume that means you cannot give me my wedding?" and he never responded. Juan Loo completely disregarded my entire email, did not try and fix it, and offered me nothing. LESS THAN 3 MONTHS before my wedding. Absolutely unacceptable and very, very poor business management. Do not use them for your wedding or special event.
