We took our 2001 Winnebago Adventurer in for some warranty work. Some of the needed repairs were covered, some were not, but the owner was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. They had to order some parts and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. They promised the work would be finished by a certain time and it was. We were very very happy with them and their work.

Professional, respectful and honest is how I would describe this business. I have been taking my boat and rv here for years. They have always gone far beyond my expectations. They do a high quality job. I would definitely recommend anyone who has a boat or rv that needs repair or service to come here first.

Worst experience imaginable. The owner is a rude, lying, SOB who will take advantage of you at any cost--- even the safety of your family. They don't return phone calls, and make you feel like a burden when you walk in the door. We took our RV to Carl's RV for a second opinion. They were so friendly and professional. Although they said they could fix our RV, he didn't feel it would be safe enough for my family. They turned away business for the better of my family. Save time, money, and headaches... Go to Carl's RV first!!!!

I was in the little store they have just looking around when a service tech came in and told the boss/owner? that the water heater to be replaced on a unit only needed a small part replaced and it would be fine. That guy went nuts on the tech and yelled I'm not here to save my customers money. than this gut took the tech out to the shop and read him the riot act. In front of everyone. Not going there for any service.

If you take your boat to this location to have it checked out, beware, they will find everything there is, and more wrong with your boat just to make more money off of you. And the customer service is rude and arrogant.We were asked to take our boat there to have it checked before selling it, seller paid for check. They found $4500 worth of items wrong that were wrong, but wouldn't give us the list because we didn't pay. Then some of the items that they claimed were wrong were not even true. Such as filters being originals, when we had paperwork showing that we had them replaced several times. They try and come up with problems just so you will use them to fix, and that's wrong. And when we asked for the back up, they guy was arrogant and said "oh well, too bad". They made us loose the sale of our boat which is in great condition by lying!!
