i needed a cab and flagged mike down.
i found him to be very professinal and efficent.
so no whenever i need a cab i call mike

we were told wait time was 10-15mins & they were right on time. very friendly driver! will recommend!

Excellent communication from office and driver prior to arrival. Train was 45 minutes and driver waited for me. I am very pleased with the customer service of this company and will be using them again.

I didn't take the service because of your bad reviews .. But keep trying to make your business sound better than it is..

I hate getting cabs. I am a student and travelling for interviews. Like this cab driving kept meter running while he was checking map. I started at 5 dollars. He knew the way all along. I paid 22 dollars in AM and his meter charged me 30 dollars

This company offered a service beyond my expectations. I made a reservation with them a weak before for them to take me to the airport for my flight and I was told I would not have to worry about calling them back. And that was darn right! They arrived 45 min (varies for other people) before my flight of time without me having to call them to make sure if they were coming. I was really impressed by their punctuality. I would give this company 11 out of 10.

This company is the best in town and knows Tucson very well. I have ridden with this taxi company a couple of times and I am always satisfied with it. The cab driver was ontime, very polite and got me to the place where i wanted to go early. I would definitely prefer this company.

I was amazed at the customer service that this company, AB CAB, offered. I had to go downtown to a clinic for a scheduled appointment and believe it or not the company employees that I talked to was very generous unlike other companies. This company arrived 30 min early and took me to my destination in a very short time. I have been there before with other taxi companies and i was late most of the time because of the drivers driving time; they would either get lost or not know where the place is but this company knew exactly where the place was. This company knows downtown very well. Also gave me the best and lowest price in town. YOU can always count on them!

I have a young adult son that is Ausbergers and does not drive. We needed a dependable,reasonable cab that would drive him to and from his job. I called Mike and he set us up with John and we will be using him for a long time. The drivers are courteous and on time. They do what they say no matter how early or how late you need them. There prices are reasonable. The reviews are correct they are the best cab co. in Tucson.

Finding a reliable cab driver is always a problem. I felt very lucky indeed when I called Cassandra again after using her only once. She arrived within the 15 minutes she quoted on the phone and always has a smile and her cab is not only clean, it smeels like flowers. I used her 3 times last night and she always arrived within 10 minutes. I recommend her to any girls who mare tired of the men who always hit on you and never provide honest service.

I have been using AB Cab Co. for about 6 months now for transportation to and from the Tucson Airport. I call Mike to set up the pick up at my home and he is always on time. When I land I call for a pick up while on the plane and by the time I make it to the parking lot he's there waiting to take me home. Small business, professional dealings, and very comfortable and reliable service. You can't go wrong....

After reading the reviews, we decided to use AB Cab Co. for 5:45AM cab service to the Tucson Airport. And I'm so glad we did!!!



We called the night before at the last minute and he arrived on time, despite a mixup in street name and Mike being unable to contact us because we forgot to turn our cellphone on!



I'm thinking he may be an independent driver because his mini-van type cab did not have that company-type-cab feel to it and he quoted us a very reasonable flat rate to the airport from our house. I will recommend him to ALL of my friends!!!!

My mother travaled frm El Paso to Tucson on a diferent bus line. We had always used Greyhound. Sadly, the bus dropped her off on I-10 in the middle of nowhere. She called me scared and not knowing what to do. I browsed the internet and decided on the first taxi service i saw not knowing how the service would be. Mike took my call and although he was not sure he would find my mother at the specified place, he drove uo there and looked for her. It tok him a while but he was very courtese calling me to my cell phone and even letting me speak to my mother. He was kind enough to take her to my brothers apartment and then help her find the correct door. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this taxi service!

This is a wonderful cab service. They are reliable and courteous and they arrive on time and Mike is a great driver. If you need a cab you should call them. I take this taxi at least once a week

this is a great cab with good services and understandablee prices. if you are in tucson i advise you us this cab, and ask for mike.

I rarely need to use a cab service in Tucson, so I just dialed the first taxi listed hoping for the best but expecting, well, I have learned to expect nothing as far as cab service goes. But to my surprise it turned out to be a great ending to an otherwise crappy day I had been having. Mike (driver) showed up when he said he would and delivered me to my destination quickly, affordably, and professionally. Thanks for the unexpected AB Cab! You wiped my crappy day from my mind by doing what no one else I had dealt with during that day was able to do, which is their job. Job well done AB Cab.

AB Cab is very reliable, especially considering how I have had problems with other cab companies. Mike is always very punctual and has been able to show up, or find a driver, on short notice. It is great for me to not worry so much about how I am going to get where I need to be.

Mike is a great cab driver. He is picking me up tomorrow at 8 AM. I can always rely on him and he makes us college students feel comfortable, unlike many of the other taxi companies and drivers. He has found some of my belongings and has returned them to me, unlike other companies I have used in the past. Keep up the good work Mikey! We all appreciate the hard work you put in.
