I was able to get a same-day appt at the Banfield pet hospital on Speedway and Swan... which was perfect, as I was concerned about my cat Lily having an ingrown toenail. All of the personnel there were professional and caring; however, the DVM, Dr Darcy Musick was beyond exemplary. I asked a million questions and some were asked twice...she answered each one, each time and never showed impatience or unprofessional behavior. She is the standard by which and to which all DVMs should aspire. She was so caring to my cat Lily and kept adding the services I requested, even after I was uncertain initially. Excellent professionalism concomitant to amazing compassion is what Darcy Musick demonstrates. Her MA (Nurse?), Mackensie (not sure of spelling), was of the same ilk as she. There was NEVER an attempt to up-sale or over-sell any of the services...they just accomplished each test and task I finally decided upon. I was so very impressed with them both, and will highly recommend this particular Banfield pet hospital...and in particular, Dr Darcy Musick, to any and all friends and family with precious fur babies.
