I have had to use tow trucks over the past 18 months (teenagers with old cars...). We've had some scary experiences with other companies... some where I called the police just to make sure we sere safe. Then I found Barnett's Towing! The Office people are informative, professional, they explain everything from cost, how the process works to the approximate time the tow truck will reach us. Nick has been our tow truck driver several times and he has always been right on time, respectful, kind, understanding and he makes you feel safe. I am very happy with Barnett's Towing and they are my No. 1 "go to" for any towing projects we may have! Thank you Nick!

My kodiak service truck (big truck)broke down near Sedona Barnett quoted me at 600 to drive all the way up from Phoenix loaded my truck and haul it all the way to empire caterpillar in South phoenix



Vicki was great on the phone the driver was very professional

I called for a tow from mile post 112 on AZ HWY 86 and was home on the west side of Tucson (Speedway & S Greasewood) with my cay in less than 4 hours at a reasonable cost.

When asked for a quote from Barnett's, I was told - $60.00 hr. I was not told that the time includes the time the driver LEAVES the shop and the time he ARRIVES back at the shop. I was not told this until it was time to pay. It does not make any sense to me to pay for times that the driver does not have my car. 6/9/08
