Got what I thought was a great deal on living social. Darla was the hairdresser, she is very rude, and does not listen to what you want, she kept making excuses for the haircut I wanted and ended up just cutting across instead of doing short layers. In top of that another customer showed up an hour after me and had the same voucher for haircut, base color and highlights and Darla tells her that she can go back and forth between my services and hers (What??) This lady is unprofessional and rude and I felt very uncomfortable so I got up and left, after I asked her if she was going to cut more layers on my hair and she screamed at me, I know what I am doing!! She really needs customer service training to say the least.

Enjoyed my visit. Very nice atmosphere. Hair color was great. Very affordable.

The worst ever! Unprofessional, sloppy stylists working in a dirty salon with an owner that will fabricate/lie about the work of her stylists if a complaint is made. Not even remotely customer service oriented. Jerica did a horrible job coloring my hair and even though she used foils for color, left a 1/8 or my original hair color showing. I wrote a review for their Oracle location immediately after my tie dye hair job and it has since mysteriously disappeared along with the listing for that location. I don't generally complain and am busy person. When I did complain to the owner about my experience there, she lied about her stylists actions and her observations. A stylist can have years of experience and still do a crappy job, especially if they spend the majority of the appointment time talking to the stylist next to them who happened to be the owner. No wonder they do bad work if the owner has such low standards.

The hairstylists here at Belle Chic do a fantastic job on finding the perfect hairsyle and color that will match you! They certainly did for me and everyone i know! their new location on 1st ave is very convenient. An appointment definately would help to lessen the time spent waiting though. if you ever want to try something different or want to find a new hairstylists i highly recommend Belle Chic

I went to belle chic to get my eyebrows waxed before my christmas party and waited for over an hour before I got up and left!!!! It didnt seem to bother them, they just gave me a lame story why it was taking so long. I am sorry but thats a little ridiculous!

I went to belle chic bc I got a discount on a haircut. The service was very friendly, but the cut was subpar. Do not recommend. Moreover, the location is massively inconvenient.
