This agent is always willing to help, is a good communicator and an excellent listener. He is always responsive to my phone calls in a timely manner, and has never disappointed me in problem resolution. He has been known to call me back on a weekend or long after normal business hours have ended. On one occasion, I was involved in an accident out of state on a weekend and needed to know whether I had coverage for towng and car renta to get home. Not only did he answer his phone (I called him at home) but he called the 1-800 number to help arrange for the tow truck at a time when my wife and I were quite upset and not thinking completely clearly. I think this agent is not only empathetic but he genuinely cares about each and every customer.
