Dr. Halbach was so caring, gentle and professional, and made a very difficult time easier for us. We were very fortunate to have him in our corner. I highly recommend him.

I was referred to Buena by serval people after just moving to Tucson. My dog needed surgery and after just moving I didn't know where to go, well I made the right choice. The staff was warm and friendly and the office was so clean.The Doctor came into the exam room and comfirmed that yes "Coco" needed surgery and I was given an Esst for $1200.00 after talking with the doctor about money issues he asked the manager to speak to me and they went above and beyond to help me. Coco is doing great the surgery went well and they even called to check up on her the day after. This clinic really cares about people and pets.. Will contiue to use them for years to come. A+ in book.. Thank you Buena for helping in my time of need.

Shocked by the bad reviews my family has been using Buena for over 30 years with our family pets and have always been happy. My husband and I at one point moved out of state and had to change Vets and boy of boy you want to see unnecessary tests and long waits, I don't think these lasy three people know what they are tlking about I would only recommend Buena to my friends and family and we think the best of Dr. Wallace and Dr. Nightengale...

Will NEVER use these people again! To clean up my male's penis they shaved half way up his show side - and almost to his armpits. AND RAZOR BURNED HIM! This coated dog was ready to go for his grand championship this fall!!! and his coat has been destroyed!!! He is my only show dog and now we will be out for a year because of unspeakable arrogence. They are overpriced to begin with - so if you want to pay too much for people who do not care about clients - two or four legged - go ahead and use Buena!

I had a 10 am appointment and arrived at the office 10 minutes early. After waiting for 45 minutes I questioned the wait time and was told that I never checked in. I spoke to the lady at the front desk AND signed in on the sheet. I received no apology for their mistake and spent an hour and half at a vet visit.

My dog has had multiple visits for the same allergy problems and has always been given the same treatment plan by Dr. Wallace. Dr. Nightengale saw my dog for the first time (schedule conflict) and refused to give my dog the same treatment as his partner Dr. Wallace, even though I requested the same treatment. On top of that, Dr. Nightengale did a skin culture on my dog that I did not request and charged an additional $40 to my bill. I asked him to remove it because I did not request it and he refused. My bill was twice the amount it should have been because of tests that I did not authorize. Skip this vet office, they will add fees and unnecessary tests whenever they can!

I was referred to the clinic from the Doctor on Base for breeding reasons, they are now my reg vet when it was time to Whelp my dog we came in for a c-section and she ended up delivering in the Exam room at the clinic. The staff was there to help her and me from puppy #1 all the way, 4 hours later to puppy #8. I know the staff must have had better things to do but they all came in to see the puppies, even the Manager and 2 of the 4 doctors. We will never go anywhere else.

I am not a regular client of yours but my daughter Sunshine Turner is and I am very glad she had me go to you people. Your staff was very understanding and I realize this is not the highlight of anyones day but your professionalism and caring was very helpful in this sad situation.Dakota was a sweetheart of a dog, not a mean bone in her body.I greatly appreciate your compassion and humanity.Thankyou everyone.Your friend,Rick

I love this clinic. I have been taking my Min Pins here for 3 years. Dr. Wallace and the entire staff is wonderful
