i bought a truck from this company and 2 weeks after they were paid in full from the finance company they gps locked my starter bought the loan back and stole my truck right out from under me,. i do not know how the people at this place can even look at themselves in a mirror, i am a single mom with 2 kids and they took my livelyhood away. i have no way to get to work and i do not recommend buying a vehicle here, run away from them fast.

Provided by YP.comSuperb customer service. They clearly "get it" that businesses live or die by Social Media and online reviews like the ones here because they give you a card with a web address and ask you to rate their service. Not only did they replace my windshield after I had bought my car and gotten home and noticed (I was distracted with how great my "new" car is to notice.) a divot in it. A week later I called about a few other minor, but essential to me about having this new purchase being up to par, and they gladly took the car in, gave me my beloved former car to use, and did a great job of fixing everything on my list. You want a great used car? You want great customer service? Go to Cactus, Doug the owner is a smart guy, my salesman, Reg was a spot on smart car guy, Xander the guy who handled my repairs is a great guy..heck you just can't go wrong at Cactus Auto! I love my CVPI!

So we noticed that they have great prices on cars, took a trip from Phoenix to Tucson to check them out and maybe buy something. The dealer personnel acted too busy to assist us and seemed pretty uninterested. Now here is the kicker, all there cars are "Carfax" certified and "legit". However, upon longer inspection even their very low mileage cars had issues. You could tell were there were areas on the bodies where it was easy to tell the paint wasn't original, body panels/bumpers seemed to not match up and be more "off" than usual, even on their american used cars. We test drove a newer Impala, front end sounded like it was coming apart. But the dealer acted as if I was making things up. Not quite sure whats taking place at this dealer but beware, you might not be buying what you think you are.
