One of my dogs got sick and my normal vet's office would not answer the phone. I called Ina Road Animal Hospital after hours and they were happy to get her right in. The care was top notch and the staff friendly. Dogs don't just get sick between the hours of 8 and 5 so I'll be using Ina Road Animal Hospital for all my dogs care moving forward. Thanks Guys!

I Love Ina Road Animal Hospital except this new technician they have named Molly. She is very pushy and rude. I signed up for a free dental exam to find out how much it would cost to have my dogs teeth cleaned and she has been calling me non stop. I will never take my dog there to have his teeth cleaned she has turned me off of the whole thing. I will take my dog there for other services but will request that she not be the technician to assist the Dr.

I can't say enough about these folks! I've been taking my two "babies" there for over seven years and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, loving and attentive. My dogs had never been seriously ill until a few weeks ago when my little chihuahua mix contracted some sort of virus/bacterial infection after having been groomed at a DIFFERENT location. The infection went into his heart and it was scary there for a while. They treated him expertly and kindly, giving us options for care (minimal on medications to the maximum of sending him to the specialty hospiital for overnight IV and observation). Three days later, and he's already on the mend!!Thank you Ina Road Animal Hospital! Thanks for your tireless efforts, your flexibility in allowing us to stop by without even a moment's notice, your kindness and love that you show your charges and their humans. You are always honest and give us options depending on budget and need!Oh -- and Fafner thanks you for helping him feel better!!

We have used Ina Road Animal Hospital for more than 15 years. It started when our dog, Sadie, needed care on a Sunday afternoon. "What? You can see her in an hour and no special fee for Sunday?" That was when I realized that they were not just for emergency visits. Since then, they have been my regular vet. When Sadie was almost 17 and needed to be put down, the vet came to my house, made sure Sadie was comfortable and put her down on her bed. They even sent me a sympathy card. Just the fact that a pound-dog even lived to almost 17 says a lot about her care.All the doctors there are just wonderful! Last week I saw Dr. Eagle. He had never met my dog, Henry. The first thing he did was get down on the floor, pet and play with him, and just put him at-ease. I can't say enough good things about In Road Animal Hospital!

We have been taking our pets to Ina Road Animal Hospital since 1997. We have had the honor and pleasure to get to know many of the doctors and staff over the years. They have all been kind and caring. Our pets have always gotten high quality care, provided with great compassion. The veterinary knowledge and skills displayed by the doctors and staff are truly impressive. We would never take our pets anywhere else. They are open 365 days of the year and don't have an emergency fee. We can't say enough good things about Ina Road Animal Hospital.

Dear Ina Road Animal Hospital, I just wanted to thank you for being such a great facility. My dog torre hurt her leg on Thursday evening and I was not putting any weight on it. I called your office and got an appt that same night. After watching her for a little while I was nervous her leg was dislocated. Calling Back your front desk girl was very professional and understanding and she told me I could bring her right in. Your staff has always been so wonderful and I really appreciate the front desk girl accommodating Torre right away. I have seen many different vets there and all have been wonderful. The vet who saw her Thursday was kind caring and patient with her, loved her. Our only issue now is trying to keep Torre from chasing bunnies for the next 10 days while her leg heals. Got the run around from 3 other vets about my dog, not one would commit to a price, and I am very in tune with what I am willing to spend. The exam seemed thorough, but they did spend a lot of time on what they called a “treatment plan”. It had a range of cost from the least it would cost to the most it would cost, and it turned out to be less than the least amount. Very impressed with the vet and the nurses, and very happy with their honesty. Would recommend to anyone!

I just wanted to write and say that Dr. Eagle and the veterinary technician were great. My dog is very fearful of going to the vet, and they were beyond accommodating and caring. They spent time offering him treats and trying to make him feel comfortable. When he started acting difficult, they did not get frustrated, and kept him calm. I am so appreciative of them, and will be coming to Ina Road & Dr. Eagle from now on!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU :)

Horrible staff and vet. My dog was in labor and a puppy was stuck. They told me the puppies were dead and she needed surgery or she will die. They quoted me 3300. I told them I did have that they suggest appying for their credit card. The vet was very cold and didnt seem to care about my dog, who was left in the other room. I call my vet who was booked up prior to me coming to this clinic and they told me leave and come down they would get me in. They delivered both puppies one was alive with NO SURGERY! My personal vet stayed open past their hours for my dog and I only paid 129.00. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS OFFICE AGAIN! SCAM! BEWARE!!!

These folks take exception care of my family of Chi's and other pets. They are ALWAYS kind concerned and considerate. Taking care of the pets we love can't be judged by $$$$ signs!!!Just this morning, I had an emergency with one of my pups, got there befoe the were officially open and they immediately got us in and began taking care of my bleeding Chihuahua.

Pretty Mad. My cat, who is my BABY and who has never been sick, was acting lethargic and wasn't eating or drinking or using the bathroom. She was also vomiting. I noticed the lethargy earlier in the day and she vomited twice. By the evening, I was very worried as she continued to vomit. I have a regular vet I trust, but this time I needed an emergency vet as it was 8 p.m. It is hard to find someone to trust with your baby and I trusted these people. I took her there, very upset. They were nice and got me in right away. I felt comfortable as they were pretty compassionate with her. Of course tests needed to be ran. They ran the tests. While I was waiting I kept hearing a child who was screaming. Thought it was another family in there who had a kid. I was there an hour and a half. Started to wonder when the kid was going to stop yelling. The vet came back with the results and all she could tell me was that her white blood cell count was low. I asked what that meant. Everytime I've had to bring my dog in for vaccines or an Emergency theyve been quite professional and caring. She was bit by a snake last summer. Yes they presented me with estimates but I'd rather them do that then suprise me with a bill. Not he cheapest vet in town but who wants to go to the cheapest place for care of a family member? You get what you pay for.

I found out my dog had a condition that was treatable through an operation, but if she didn't have the operation she would eventually die. The assistant came in and quoted me a price of 2500 as the low estimate and about 3800 for the high estimate. I told them I could not afford it and I said I would take my dog home and discuss it with my wife (meaning we were going to say our good-byes and put our dog to sleep). Since it was at night and my dog passed the stone that was blocking her bladder their was no immediate danger and I took my dog to my regular vet. I signed out the X-rays and went on my way. I went to my vet the next day and my dog did need surgery but they quoted me "one price" and it was 1300 dollars less than Ina Road's low estimate. Now I know what your thinking, it was because it was an emergency facility, I called around after and there were places that were emergency based that were 400 dollars less than Ina's low estimate. They were pushy, the vet was cold NEVER AGAIN
