I hired Catalina to strip 900 sq ft of Mexican Tile. I gave them a down payment of $2300. They started five days late. After stripping for five days, using methylene chloride, they only had completed 700 sq ft. The owner then demanded that we create a new agreement because he was losing money. The original agreement had a statement "The job comes with a money back guarantee of approval". Therefore I said no to signing a new more expensive agreement. The owner, Joedee, then walked out of my house without returning my down payment. Don't trust this company, and save your money because a guarantee is not honored. Find anybody else.
