ALWAY check your order before leaving this location. I had a bad experience on 1/4/2021 at this Grant/Alvernon Church's chicken. I stopped here on the way home to get dinner for the family and I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED 😞. I came here even though it was out of the way to provide a well rounded meal for us. It was quick to order in & out at the drive thru. The woman at the register reassured me that my order was prepared complete. I got all the way home to find out my order was short.... Our chicken pieces were old, soggy w/ grease. It was missing the biscuits we had ordered. The gravy was barely enough to put in the containers. I called the store right away over 5 times. Someone kept answering and hanging up on me. After spending almost $30.00 on our meal, I should've just went to Popeyes or KFC. I remember the Grant/Alvernon location ws #1 in Tucson. What happened??The food they served me was horrendous. I do not recommend this Church's location. Truly disappointed, angry, let down & unsatisfied experience.
