NIGHTMARE! I looked on the internet to see what was wrong with my laptop, figured it was the inverter, didn't want to replace it myself so I took it into this shop. After replacing the inverter (with a used one), they said the problem was the screen; after replacing the screen they said it was the motherboard -- then I was told the inverter was bad and it needed a new one. I asked, "what did U replace it with when I first brought it in"? He said, "a used one." Total cost for this: $400 -- should have only cost about $50. I wondered if they sold my good parts on Ebay? When I was in there, another customer wasn't happy with the service either.

This place is not a place you should go to get your computer fixed. I went in expecting an easy and laid back small computer store but it's owner was on a phone call and left me standing there for 10 minutes "continuously apologizing for the call" I said it was fine for the first 5 minutes, but after that began to grow annoyed since I could get faster service anywhere else. After that we spoke and I found out all the prices they advertised were false, and it would cast nearly 200 Dollars more to get my motherboard replaced. For a total of 350 Dollars for that. I left my computer there, and returned to find that my Video card was stolen, and in addition to this that the new motherboard was faulty, after explaining the situation to Steve Kaufmann the owner of the store, he got angry and accused me of being a scammer. I just asked for my motherboard to be fixed like it was agreed, never mind the graphics card and he refused. I remained calm the entire time and simply left the store.

Was quoted a price and way over charged when I went to pick up my laptop. Guy said he saved all my data then turned around and said it somehow erased itself.Owner was a complete jerk.Had my laptop over a week.

they adertise 24 hour turnaround they delivered on that promise.also hava virus cleaned off no problems with that since.
