If the owner checks the Facebook page he should know that it may look on paper like the mgmt co is doing their job but in reality services are sub par. The irrigation system leaks half the landscape is dying from lack of water and the co that chops down the dwarf oleander bushes in front and the reg oleander in back and trims trees do not even know what they are trimming. I asked them. This place is going down in my opinion.I'm looking around for a place that conforms to signed leases
You would think that raising the rent every year they could hire real professional people instead of sub par workers

I am so pleased to have found a landlord who not only cares about his property, but cares about the quality of the residents who reside here with us. For the seniors like me, I know the community will remain a peacefull place to reside. He's one in a million. Connie
