Wow I'm so surprised to hear such a negative comment regarding Monica. Your probably one of those clients that always wants a refund back every where you go. I've been going here since 2011 and my hair has always turned out the way I wanted it to thanks to Monica and Sarah! You girls rock, thanks Cost Cutters!

Don't do it! A very polite sweet stylist went haywire on my long hair and when I spoke to the manager Monica explaining this will take at least a year or two to grow back and I would like a refund her response was "I'm sorry for you," She refused to refund my money and was incredibly unprofessional. Monica is not socially capable of being in a management position
