My 40 year old brother with special needs has been treated with such poor care. His hygiene is so horrible, they refuse or make poor excuses on why the staff are unable to do simple human daily hygiene routines, such as brushing His teeth, showering, trimming nails or a simple shave. Each staff member in the "SilverLake Group Home" needs to be supervised or retrained or simply be replaced by Individuals that have a heart for these human beings with special needs. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE To join their services. Its obvious the facility (I MEAN EVERYONE INVOLVED) only care about earning a check, making their hours. Instead of showing Patient Care. Or how to make there clients enjoy life. Staff members at "SilverLake" do not know how to treat there clients as if it was there own family members. i assume, they wouldn't care if they see there own parents,siblings etc.. look like as if there homeless because that is how my brother comes home looking like each home visit, it Baffles me that my brother never has his own clothes in his luggage it's always one of his other roommates how can this happen ? Luckily my brother is being transferred out A.S.A.P TO MARICOPA COUNTY. I just wish he never had to be mistreated for a whole year. Disgraceful, Disappointing, and I can go on and on. But I'm sure I'm not the only one.
