I have seen Dr. Gunter for 10 years and she has always make me feel as though I was her only patient. She treats me like family and makes time for me whenever I need it. She listens to my every issue and problem, both related to her expertise as well as my unrelated personal problems. She explains everything to me at a level that I can understand and makes sure that I am aware of the method of the medication she is recommending, why she is recommending it, and what side effects I may encounter. I feel that our interactions are treated as a partnership and I am given an explanation of multiple options for the course of treatment. She is the most caring Dr. I have ever worked with and I could not imagine working with anyone else.
I have worked with other Dr's in her profession and it seemed that the clock was their main focus and not my issues. They prescribed inappropriate medications due to their disinterest in finding out the underlying causes and symptoms I was experiencing.
I have other family members that are her patients as well and they would confirm all that I have said. I cannot imagine working with anyone as knowledgeable and caring as Dr. Gunter and her office staff.
