The Providers here are very nice and helpful, willing to work with you in managing your pain treatment. The office staff are almost all young girls. They're nice enough, but not too helpful. They need more life experience. The receptionist is the friendliest and most helpful. As for the facility, its old, small and in need of renovation. My one complaint is - the only bathroom could use redecorating (new toilet), and the paper towel dispenser never works. You can spin the roller and dig underneath, but nothing comes out! I've mentioned this to staff but was told that it did work. Nothing has been done, and it still doesn't work. Also because of being the only bathroom you sometimes have to wait to get to use it.
All in all I think it's a good clinic for pain management and I'm very satisfied there.
