If you want good, no great meat go to Dickmans. They have prime beef as well as choice beef. Also bison, elk, camel and just about any other kind of meat you can't find elsewhere. All the kids who work there are into meat. They will custom cut a steak. They trim it, scrape it and wrap it for use or freezer. I usually go on Mondays for "Ugglies ", their special cut of meat it's delicious and very reasonable. A cut similar to hanger steak it is delicious. I usual eat half of one on the way home. These people know meat. Not the cheapest but definitely the best. If you buy a side of prime rib they will cut it into whatever you wsnt; steaks, roasts Any thickness. They also have some vegetables, stuffed potatoes and spices. Also serve sandwiches. On Monday get an Uggly sandwhich
