What can I say about Carondelet. First, when I scheduled my very first appointment, I made it clear that it would be a wellness check (since nothing was actually wrong with me and my insurance covers wellness checks 100%). When I went in for my appointment the doctor I saw talked with me for 15 minutes. In which she asked me about my past medical history, which consisted of minor things like asthma. She did zero diagnosing, and basically just introduced herself. Which later they called "establishing care". I asked if she could refill one of my EXISTING prescriptions, and she did. However when she went to bill me, she wrote down that she had diagnosed me for the things I had already been diagnosed with (which I made clear in our meeting and on the health history doc.), and gave me a NEW prescription. Both things were a total lie. And now I am stuck paying a $150 bill. Needless to say, I will never be returning to this establishment.

Rude in general, very pushy with setting up appointments and prescribing medication. Drs and staff value making money over proper care.
