I was strung along for 3 weeks on a windshield replacement for our motorhome by Val using a series of excuses ranging from car problems to COVID to weather. Today when the insurance company held his feet to the fire he finally acknowledged he could not do the contracted work. Like all of the other accurate communications, this notice came from the insurance company not Val. Based on the situation I experienced, I absolutely WILL NOT recommend this company.
