Went in to the Speedway location on the 11th to look at spas and encountered Mike when we went inside. Told him we were just looking and he promptly decided we werent worth his time and walked off. When I asked some questions to another employee he said he did not know and got Mike back to "help" us. Once he realized we would buy he suddenly became interested in helping us. We agreed on a spa that we liked and decided on colors and promptly purchased it in full. He asked about the patio set-up and I told him that I would build and wire for this tub and get back to him. He said "no problem, we are flexible and can get it to you pretty much anytime we will call to check next week". Fast forward one week and I have still not heard from them so I call and get the runaround about a site check. We scheduled the site check for the 21st and ended our conversation. In between all of this I look on the website for dimensions and run across a "pick two" promotion from the manufacturer where you purchase a spa and get to choose some free accessories. I was not offered this nor was it mentioned so I called Mike and he informed me that he doesnt offer things that they feel customers wouldnt like or things they might have to service. I told him that I dont believe that is for him to decide and he promptly offered me a free cover lifter ( which is part of the promotion). After the delivery guy came down for the site check he informed me that it would be 2 weeks to deliver the spa which I was not happy about so I offered to pick it up with my trailer from their showroom. He told me it would take about 3 to 5 days to have it ready for pick-up which did not add up to me so I called my salesman back to ask and instead got another gentleman who promptly told me he would refund my money. I told him that I did not ask for a refund and would just like to get the product that I picked out and paid for. He said he could not help me and that Mike would call the next day. Mike called the next day and told me that he refunded my money and that he couldnt make all customers happy and offered no explanation as to why I could not pick up my hot tub since it was not able to be delivered. Each employee offered up a different explanation each time I made contact and never anything valid, basically just making it the other guys fault. I let Mike know I would just leave a negative review and he actually threatened to call the police on me. Save your money and visit some of the more reputable spa dealers in town. Spoke with Sean at Scenic Pools and Spas and he was very helpful. Bought a spa from him and will have it set-up next week.

Worst Pool service you could get. Never spent more then a few minutes cleaning the pool if that's what you call it. Had algae growing around the pool that was never cleaned. Also had bugs by the hundreds swimming around. Nothing but attitude if you try and ask them a question about anything. Give this company a try and you will regret it.

My association with Ekonomy Pools is relatively new and was prompted by a visit to another pool service in Tucson who attempted to sell me a $!,200 sand filter to replace my old filter that they said was no longer available. Ekonomy gave me the complete history on the filter and housing that I had been using and told me that it was indeed available. I bought the new unti and it was installed the next day, quickly and efficiently. I recently took my pool water to be tested and was treated professionally. While there does not appear to be a problem with the salt system that I am using, contrary to the surrent service representative (not Ekonomy), they gave me their time and respect and offered some helpful advice. I am more that pleased with their sales represenatatives and their service.

Rob was fast and professional. Stopped a leak in my spa that saved me buying a new one.

I recently purchased a Coleman Spa from E-Konomy Pools and Spas. We had the additional issue of getting rid of an older spa that couldn't be removed except for by a huge crane over the top of a three story house. It was nail bitting to watch something so big and heavy go over your home and hope it didn't fall through your house. The first crane wasn't big enough which would have been easy for them to have said sorry your problem not ours, but instead they went to work to find someone else with a bigger crane to do the job and get it done. Day of crane move day they were there assisting the transfer, it was not just the usual so as situtions changed from one thing to another they worked with it and got it solved. Then the set up and the hours of making sure I was pleased with the product. Great service from really friendly people with more than the sale on their mind, they wanted to do their very best which they did. Thank you for the time and all the effort! Pam in Tucson

I signed up for one month vacation service and since my pool was acting up I also requested a one time visit to get the pool straightened out. When I returned from vacation, the pool was actually worse that when I left. They then said that I needed the sand in my filter changed, even though from what I could tell the filter seemed to be working well. At the end of the vacation service my pool was in at least as bad shape as it was in the beginning my filter does not seem to be working well and I am out $500. They do not return phone calls. I have also found a couple of my neighbors who have had similar experiences with them. I have one of their spas, which I love, but avoid their service, particularly if you are going to be gone.

My family really loves the Bullfrog spa. It is roomy, comfortable, relaxing, and the jets are awesome. Christina and Scott provide wonderful service. They explained how to take care of the spa and the set up was perfect. I highly recommend them and they will continue to get my business!

I had their man come out to see why my spa was not working. I knew > there was an electrical problem and thought there was a pump problem > as well. I also needed a new cover. The gentleman came out checked > things and quickly figured out the electrical problem. He wouldn't > order a pump until he checked things with the electric fixed. When > all was done the pump needed replacing & he offered us the choice of > used, rebuilt, or new. When he came to install the last pieces he > brought a used cover and gave it to us so we could hold off on that > expense. We appreciated all his extra care.>>

they do poor work, do not start or finish when they say. forgot to do some of the work quoted (while pool was drained) and made no attempt to recincile the problem afterwards. and their regular bi-weekly service was no better, yellow algee most of last summer (pool tech wrote it down) but problem went on weeks summer, at some times so bad members were afraid to swim. we did complain the problem was cleared up, but than we recived a notice that are mothly rates had been raised. we found a replacment company, that has been just great.

poor service, one week after complaining the second time our rate went up. than when they drained our pool to do some work - they only did part of the work - but they did bill for all the work - they were willing to credit us for the work not preformed, only after insisting work was not done (ariginally said all work was completed) when told crack in the plaster was still there and i could send them a picture. no compensation for having to drain the pool a second time.would not recomend to somone i don't like.
