Family Auto done a great job. My 2005 Toyota Tacoma truck had a lot of suspension and frame damage. Brent Sorce shop coordinator done a great job getting all the parts and job done in sufficient time . Thanks again Brent Sorce for the job well done. Your satisfied customer Scott

They treat their employees poorly and belittle them every chance they get. Including their own children, some of which they have fired. Do you really think they care about you or your family? No. Save yourself tons of aggravation and problems and take your needs elsewhere.

brought my mint 76 amc pacer in for an oil change,now it leaks oil all over my new garage floor,dont trust these people with anything on your vehicle.

brought my car in for a simple alignment,had "kind" of a nice experience,dealt with someone named mark,the alignment came back good,but when i got my car back,it smelled like someone had been smoking "something" in it,my family doesnt have time for that.

i am a retired person,i thought i would give these people a chance,howeverwhen i brought my yellow jeep in for a transmission concern it never shifted right afterwards and they broke the throttle cable then tried to glue it back together,when i brought it up they tried to sell me a new cable and charge me for it.

brought my truck in for body and paint work after an accident, i was naver called while it was in or when it was done,and when i called to get status i was talked very rudely by someone named mark...how sad..and when i got my truck back the paint wasnt blended coorectly with the rest of the truck...

I am a single women who needed mechanical work, and felt other shops were taking advantage of me because I know squat about cars. The people at Family Auto explained and showed me everything.My car runs great and am finally educated about my car.

Was in a terrible accident and hurt pretty bad. Family Auto was so thoughtful and understood how upset I was about my car and my injuries. They did a super job in fixing my car. I go there for all of my oil changes and for some other mechanical work that I have needed.

DO NOT LET THEIR NAME FOOL YOU. ONE STOP SHOP TIRES, MECHANICAL AS WELL AS COMPLETE COLLISION.######MADE ME FEEL LIKE PART OF THE FAMILY. THEIR SERVICE IS BEYOUND ANY EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.######I COULD NOT BELIEVE ANYONE WOULD EVER BE DISAPPOINTED IN THE WAY THEY ARE TREATED OR THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORKMANSHIP.######JUST GIVE THEM A CALL OVER THE PHONE AND YOU WILL GET ANY QUESTION YOU COULD POSSIBLY HAVE ANSWERED FOR ANYTHING THAT YOU DRIVE ON THE ROADS.
