One star because zero is not an option, Took longer than expected then charged me more because it took so long. Chbarged me extra for pet hair and there was still hair in the vehicle. Did not clean front seat or between seats. Mud on the fram of the truck on both sides and the front. Did not even touch the roof of the vehicle. Waste of time and money. Find someone else to do a decent job. I emailed my concerns and never heard back over a week later.
