The venue is fine and the variety of shows is great. Customer service is non-existent. I accidentally bought an extra pair of tickets to a show in August and was told that I would get a one-time "courtesy" refund by check. I was only given one pair of tickets or I would have given the extras away on the street. This began a series of emails to Emily Pratt, the box office manager. After 6 emails and two phone calls with no response over 4 months, I wrote to the executive director. He said she would take care of it "tomorrow." My last email said that she did not respond and he included her in my reply, saying "Emily, can you please help.." Guess what, she did not reply. Not one word in 6 months. It would have been much more cost-effective for them to issue a refund because I will not be spending any more money there in the future.
