After our purchase we had some issues with the trailer that we purchased, but Freedom worked hard, especially Brad and the service team, to fix the problems and make it right. One piece of advice, if you are purchasing a used item, insist on a pre-buy inspection so that it will be fully up to spec when you get it. It is worth the additional charge.

I have booked my first out of town trip to St David. This will be the maiden voyage of the good ship RV. I wanted to let everyone know that I used Freedom RV to have a new roof top A/C installed in our Alfa Gold. I was really pleased with the excellent service I received. I felt I was charged very fairly considering some prices I have heard others have paid for a new roof air on a Alfa motor-home. We are very happy with our new A/C and Freedom RV and they are fair and provide excellent service.

I was looking for a trailer that they were a dealer for. I told the salesman exactly what I wanted, item by item and gave him as much time he needed to come up with a price.I went to the dealer in Phoenix, and for the EXACT same trailer, the Phoenix dealer came in over $4100 less.Yes, for that much money less I bought it from the Phoenix dealer,

we bought our 1st rv in april 2009, we had minor problems on the road but it was a 1999,but the service staff was always there to help me, i would and will buy from them again, they are very honest and treat you like family

We purchased a used Coleman Bayside in February 2006. We were assured that the trailer was in perfect condition except for one bent support for the bed canopy. The tires shredded on our first trip to the beach. The roof and storage box had several cracks which expanded rapidly. We rebuilt the storage box last year and this year the cabin roof has almost completely separated. It has steadily gotten worse each year no matter what we did to protect and repair it. We have had numerous other problems with systems that they had assured us were in good to perfect condition. They need to improve their honesty which was almost totally lacking.

We went in to Freedom to trade a 5th Wheel in PERFECT CONDITION for one that we could live in. We looked at several and chose one. We asked many questions about the unit, trying to cover all the bases. We were assured the unit had been gone through thoroughly and everything that needed to re repaired had been.I smelled propane every time we looked into the storage compartments and asked about a possible leak. I was told there was no leak, the tanks had just been filled.My husband asked about the wheel bearings, had they been greased? Yes, just done. Had the roof been resealed? Yes, just prior to putting on the lot for sale.After four months of sitting in our yard, we were down four, twenty gallon tanks of propane [over $100 of gas]. Our stove would not cook hot enough to boil water. And the refrigerator went out.We took the unit to a reputable repair shop we have dealt with for a while. They checked the propane system and found not one, but multiple leaks in regulators, valve
