Itr was nice to know someone would help me buy a car. the payments are fine and time they give u to pay your payment are nice. But the care we bought was poop the first 25,000 miles was great but we needed new tires and that's it. then I went to check the fluids one day and bamm tranny fluid in my coolant turns out the tranny coolant line was split and was zip tied on. they broke it when someone replaces the radiator. since then I've had nothing but issues replacing everything has to do with the cooling system. I had the company working on my car video record everything they found that was rigged. since then they "Craycroft sales" don't want to claim any reasonability and I've seek legal action with the lemon law they have in Arizona. please they are predator lenders and u will need to take it somewhere before u sign anything. this place is poop with honesty.

Brought a Saturn VUE a year ago. Never had any problems with it. They are great when I need a few extra days to pay my car note. My pays are low to! Never harassed me or anything. My sales person was the best car sales man ever! He never pressured me and actually worked for me and my husband. We are getting ready to get our second car and guess where we are going? Yea Craycroft Auto Sales!! I love this place.

Ask for a car fax and have vehicle inspected before you buy from these people. They talk really well and fast, they make it seem like they are doing you a favor buy selling you a car. Poll people who have bought a car from this place, I wouldnt be surprised if 9 out of 10 havent had problems with their vehicle. For lack of a better word crooks. I have filed complaint with the BBB and i am seeking legal action.

I recently purchased a vehicle from here and due to credit issues, had to take advantage of the buy here/pay here option. They were great to work with and are one of the few dealers that are reporting to the credit bureau so that I can rebuild my credit report.
