Don't go there! While doing my oil change they loosen the screws to my transmission pan. The next morning all of my transmission fluid was on the ground. When I took my car back they smiled and said I needed a new gasket. I reminded them that they put the gasket on the last time I was there. They tightened the screws and refilled the transmission fluid and told me to come back tomorrow ... for more unneeded repairs? A complete RIP OFF!

DON'T GO HERE. I told them the cancel the transaction when they told me the price that was double there advertised price. But they did it anyways pulled the car around and handed me my keys without telling me that they did an oil change. I somewhere ells then when I got home the cops where waiting for me. Grease monkey charged me without my consent. DON'T GO HERE !

We offered the option of him keeping his oil and filter and we would give him our current promotion price for an oil change, or we would give him $6 off the regular price, which is what we always offer customers who want us to use their oil and filter. The customer understood us to say we would perform our full service oil change for $6, which for obvious reasons, we can’t do. We apologize if the communication was not 100% clear.

I brought my own oil and filter the guy at entrance told me it be only 5 bucks to change my car was literally 5 mins in the shop the cashier told me to pay $32.00 and I only get $6 off for bringing my own oil and filter

They get what you need done, and usually pretty quickly. Once the clerk got my order mixed up with someone else's but she took some off my real reciept to make up for it. After today, I decided I will take my car back to them whenever I need an oil change.
