Beware of Hachenberg & Sons Piano!!! Many say they are nice and I have to say in my conversations with them they have been very nice. However they drive recklessly and don't take responsibility for the damage they cause, hence the "boys" reference.



I talked Mark and told him that he needed to step up or I would let the world know of the lapse in judgement on who to use in commercial insurance situations, his inaction of not reporting a accident where they crashed 3 cars and their own truck by barreling into parked cars at a light at full speed. To all the defenders of them... Aren't you glad your piano was not in that trailer?

I am not saying that these Hachenberg boys are bad people, they probably run a very good business if you are buying a piano from them. The other side of the business.... Administrative and handling problems they are not doing well and it is negatively affecting me and my company. His coverage is limited and his insurance carrier is slow, rude and incompetent.
