I asked for a rare steak and got a med well , when I brought it to Jano ' s attention he stood there and said I did not know what rare was , I said I beg the differ I to was a chef and that was not rare . The busser told me that they have a lot of complaints over that and he does nothing , he embarrassed me buy standing over our table telling me I did not know what rare was , and did nothing to correct it ! The wind steward failed to let us know the price of the wine he was insisting on us trying and four glasses later we would have rather been offered to buy the bottle @ 15.00 or more a glass !
