I worked for Jennie a long time ago. For one that will have drivers as an independent contractor she is one that needs to realize that they are exactly that, an independent contractor. As long as they do the pay out, make sure gas is in the car, the work ours that happen are for the drivers to dictate. Not her. I can even remember that one of her drivers was a functioning alcoholic all those years ago. Why he was even behind the wheel back then I will never understand. This is truthful Jennie looks like. Not what you want others to perceive truth to be.

In my personal experience as a person that worked for the cab service, she no longer has the mentality for the work. She may have decades of experience but it's time to hang the hat up on taxi's and go on to some other pasture that is retirement.
