I eat breakfast here at least once a week and have for a loong time, the wait staff and service are great. Fast well prepared food. Try the huevos rancheros or Garcia's favorite. Usually quiet and no waiting but even when crowded the noise level is acceptable. Never a problem parking, easy in easy out.
