They can't seem to keep good people. Dumb and dumber were working yesterday when I went in. Could not find the dipstick, did not know their oil grades, left gasket off my oil plug so of course I had a garage floor full of oil, I have had frequent problems with the oil plug, they break the fiber washer gasket, they try to re-use gaskets, thus breaking them, or no gasket. Sometimes use the blue goo instead. I give up. Went to Brake Masters and had yesterday's mess redone properly for less$. What does it say about Jiffy Lube if they can't get a simple oil change right?

The customer service here is outstanding! Jerry (the manager) took care of me and my vehicle, explained everything and was very respectful. Would definitely recommend this location.

I stopped here today wanting them to check my fluids and everything for me. I had just completed a 4000 mile roadtrip from Alaska to Tucson and my sedan was driven hard. They were very nice and looked over everything for me and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. Brian the manager amd his guys were great. Off this experience I definitely recommend them.
