I recently had a new garage door installed by Kaiser. The original door was at least 40 years old and the installer was very polite and professional. I love my new door and opener. Could not be happier.

Kaiser replaced my garage door when I did the re-model on my east side house. The work was done at cost and on time.

My garage door would not close and I had to find a place to get it fixed ... QUICK! I searched online and found Kaiser at the top of the listings. They responded right away and fixed my problem. Great response time. I'll trust Kaiser again if I have the need.

I recently had a last minute garage door problem. My garage would not close, it would only go down about half way and then return to it's old position. I really needed to leave, but could not just leave my house open to the world.I called Kaiser Garage doors and the person that answered the phone stepped me through getting the door closed manually. I also scheduled an appointment.The repairman showed up on time and fixed the problem for the price they quoted. Thanks for the great service and I promise to tell my friends if they ever have the need.

Ordered a 3x Clopay insulated door from Home Depot. Kaiser Installation. After installation I told the installer that I paid for a lock and new weatherstripping. (I can see the sun in the garage) He said to call Home Depot back. Kaiser returns, a week later, installs lock and new weatherstripping. I can see the sun even more in my garage and theres no windows. I tell the very rude installer its not acceptable. He hammers a few more nails... I can still see the sun and I know the weatherstripping is not installed correctly. He never removed the prior caulking, so the weatherstripping is not sitting flush, so not sealing properly. He aslo didnt caulk the new stuff! Didnt clean up. He tells me, he's handing the paperwork in, "Call Home Depot." I call Home Depot ASAP. The owner of Kaiser calls me and blows me off with "Techy"excuses... I hate it when they think women are stupid. Hello? (Im in the roofing/siding/ finish carpetry construction business.) I have NEVER seen such shoddy lack of pride workmanship, poor customer service and a FY attitude from employees.
