This is an unsafe and unsanitary daycare. I had my infant in this KinderCare and it was beyond awful. They hired new staff that did not have basic hygiene skills. Hands were not washed between diaper changes and then feedings. The caregivers that had started do not clean babies that have urine filled diapers. I watched many times and complained to the director that they are simply removing the urine soaked diaper and replacing it with a clean one. My child has a food allergy that wasn't respected or handled well. It took several trips to the urgent care after I would pick him up before I realized that they were saying that they were not feeding him food that he was allergic but actually were. There was another child with Celiacs disease and they would give her the same food as the other babies and then remove it from her plate. When I mentioned cross contact issues, the caregiver said that it was fine - that the bread was on the sandwich for only a minute. That's not how that works. My child would become injured and I would not be notified. I came one day to pick him up and found him prone in a crib in his own blood. He had hurt himself on his head and no one knew how nor did they clean, treat or call me. He was covered in his own blood from the mouth wound and left to sleep in it presumably after he cried himself to sleep. I have talked to the director many times and she was patronizing and bored with the conversation. The issue is safety and sanitation. I reported this to the corporate headquarters for KinderCare and likely nothing happened. The director shows off all of the documentation and written procedures but they are not followed.

After five years and five children in this school I have left this school in total disgust. They have had four different directors in the last two years and the level of teacher turnover is ridiculous. The two main teachers in the 1 yr. olds class are wonderful and have been there for a long time. The rest of them come and go before we even learn their names. Due to the inexperience of the teachers, the lack of leadership, and general mismanagement, the level of supervision and quality of instruction of children are sketchy, at best. If you want the best for your kids, find another school.

I feel my children are safe and cared for. My oldest was more than ready for kindergarten after attending their pre-k program.
