I would love to tell you about the quality & craftsmanship of the windows, but I never got that far. The customer service by the product rep was so bad I had to order my windows elsewhere. Went to a showroom here in LA that reps many companies, loved the La Loma windows, but decided to speak to the company for more info. On Tues I called Dan O'Rourke, the So Cal Rep for the company. He was amazing over the phone & agreed to come to my home the next next to see the project, a transformation of a Mediterranean home into an Indonesian home. I texted him the next day to get an ETA, he said he would let me know around 2pm. Never heard from him at 2pm when he said he would let me know. Never heard from him on Thurs. Fri., disappointed, I texted him that this was highly unprofessional. I rec'd back was a text that he had an emergency & couldn't help me. I knew this was a fabrication as evidenced by what he told the company after I called to complain. He lied to cover up for his no show.
