Devastated by the absolute worst service and product we received at my daughter's sweet 16 party from La Orquidea Flowers & Decorations! EMBARRASSED by the stained, torn, discolored tablecloths. I have plenty of pictures from the party if anyone would like to see them. It would have looked better with plastic tablecloths. Owners/employees not so much as offered an apology. in fact, no one would even talk to me about it. They say you get what you pay for, unfortunately we didn't even get that.

Since you don't answer your phone, you need to come and pickup the flowers you delivered to 1500 commerce court yesterday. The arrangement was not good, flowers are wilted, vase is chipped. I contacted FTD for my refund. You were not to deliver these flowers.
