Bert was just a HUGE help with the whole entire leasing process, considering that this was the first time that I've ever leased in a shopping center. He walked me thru the entire process step by step and made sure that everything was precise and to my benefit. Bert has taught me so much where now if I decide to ever expand, I would know what to do (which is to call Bert again!!!). I would recommend him to anyone!

He provided us with not only the locations, but the variety of demographic information necessary in making an intelligent decision on the correct location for our business



After looking at several promising properties and studying the demographic information provided by Bert, we were ready for the next steps. Bert, walked us through the problems of getting permits, who to contact in the city offices, and provided us information regarding additional costs necessary to acquiring the location we had decided upon.

He worked with us in making the correct contacts with the various utility companies that would serve our business. His tireless efforts on our part made us feel at ease in the decisions we needed to make, and at the same time made us to feel sure of the various costs involved in acquiring the right property for our business.
