unreliable

our family has had TERRIBLE service over 2yrs. The care staff does not communicate. Shows up whenever they feel like it. Leaves us stranded. Whats worse is the service coordinator does an even worse job and does not hold the staff accountable. Tells us "Well you will have to rely on family today"

Do Not use this company

This company does not care for their clients. They will threaten the client with canceling their care if they do not accept a worker. Their statement about caring is false. I feel the state of Arizona should pull their contracts with this company.
