I ordered a cake to look like a blackjack table. The cake was ready almost an hour after the arranged pick up time, the chips were warped, the cards should have been made with fondant (to have clean edges), there was hair found in the frosting, and the cake was hard when it was served that evening. I believe I'm entitled to have half the amount paid refunded to me. I called and left a message with an employee and on voice mail to have the owner/manager call me and it has not been returned (I live in another state). Now I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.
