7 months to resolve an issue of over billing. Billed me for services that they said insurance would not cover and then had to force them to invoice insuance company for charges to document they would not cover. Turned out the insuance company did cover and they had over billed me personally. Finally they issue me a refund check. 1 week later I get another check in the mail stating it was a replacement check. They had placed a stop payment on the original check, never called to say we made yet another accounting error or offered to pay a bank service fee. During the 7 months of trying to resolve, I was told " I have other customers than just you" Rude and unprofessional. Lost a customer of 12 years over 1 persons actions who is the manager. Those are managers I would not want working for me
