Provided by YP.comThis McDonald's is just aweful. I find at least one mistake every time I visit. Today's visit was the last straw. I am not going to this particular location ANY MORE. They forgot to include fries, sauce for nuggets which I specifically requested, no napkins in the bag when I did the drive-thru, and I had 2 extra chicken sandwiches I didn't order(assuming they were for the people behind me), and 9 nuggets in the 10-piece nuggets meal. All they need to do is follow the display screen to figure out what goes in the bag, right? At the window where I received my order, I asked the young man,"everything is in here?" He said Yes, and there were things missing and the things I didn't order. I parked my car to get what was missing, and return the extra things, pointless to do the drive-thru... This time, the mistakes were so many that I am noto ging back there again!!!! It's Father's Day, and Father was not happy when he didn't get the large fries. I can't believe the difference in standards among the franchise.

Provided by YP.comDear Sirs,
As a customer, I am generally appreciative of the good food, the fact that coffee refills are free to us senior citizens, as well as the early opening time for us early risers. But I walked out of the Swan and Sunrise restaurant after encountering the worst example of good customer relations I have observed in many years. The person in charge of opening the store and serving early morning customers (name is DEE) was not only unfriendly but actually rude and disrespectful. Since her attitude affected the atmosphere of the place, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I left to have breakfast at another restaurant. I know good help is hard to get, but this woman is counterproductive and will drive away customers, as opposed to attracting repeat diners. In past visits I have found this lady less than friendly, but her conduct this morning exceeded that.
Also I would think that if the early morning crew is paid to have the store open at 5:00 AM, then the doors should be unlocked at 5:00 AM and the food ready for sale. It is a matter of pride, and of simply doing what one is paid to do. Yelling through a locked door at 5:05 that the place is not open yet, and then being rude to the customers, is not conduct that enhances McDonald's good reputation.
SUGGESTION: Obviously better training in customer relations is needed. Were I the manager (Jay Doyle is his name) I would come to work early now and then in order to observe the conduct of the early morning staff. They need his attention and guidance. I have called Mr. Doyle on a previous occasion to thank him for other, more favorable, aspects of his store. There is no reason that the staff cannot be trained to "smooze the customers," even to the point of learning the names of repeat customers. It is simply a matter of good business.
Anyhow, that is my opinion and reflects my personal experience. Thanks for listening
