They treat you like a child, often laughing at your misfortune, talking down to you and belittling every aspect of your visit. By far the worst I have ever been treated by a business. They also do not show up on time, I showed up at 9am and waited until 9:30 then left and came back at lunch.

The lady at counter #4 is a pathetic, childish tirant. This monster refused a notarized power of attorney document that was obviously authentic and uncopied. After two exceptionally rude meetings with this person I gave up and had to go to the MVD, where the notarized form was accepted without issue. I would strongly advise against stepping foot in this place!

I used this outfit several times to get my kids some driving instruction (good for insurance discounts and peace of mind). They were both experienced prior to attending the course, so they breezed through. The facilities are adequate (class was at a hotel) and the staff was friendly. The value is that they provide classroom instruction with elements I can't myself, and same with the actual driving. It was convenient for me, both kids were genuinely impressed and neither has had an accident after several years. I would certainly recommend them.

I'm going two stars for convenience. The lines are usually short and though reasonably efficient, why do these people seem snotty and convey such attitude? This says it all; they are supposed to be open at 9:00AM but you can call at 9:40 to have a recording tell you they are closed so leave a message. That doesn't give me a high level of confidence that anyone will be getting back to me anytime soon. WTF ADA!?!

We enrolled my grandson in beginner Driving education course (paid $354 cash) and all went well until the last actual driving lesson scheduled the day after Thanksgiving Nov. 29 at 12:00 noon. When my daughter and grandson arrived they found no one there and the doors locked. One other women also tried the door and left. They waited around for awhile and even though the drivers training car was there they didn't see anybody so they left thinking class had been rescheduled because of the holiday. When my daughter called to see when his next class was scheduled she was informed that he had missed this class and would have to pay an additional $70.00 before he could reschedule and graduate. The teacher claims he was there. If so where was he? They were there at the correct time and found no one! I am wondering why you are taking one persons word over my daughter and grandson? I can confirm when they left home and when they returned mad because they had driven clear across town for nothing. We picked this drivers training course because since it is DMV we were assured it is the best and we would get a better rate with insurance. This course is expensive to begin with and an extra $70 is a hardship on us. Yes we were aware of the penalty for missing a class. That is why we drove 250 miles Thanksgiving evening to be sure he would be there for class.

My daughter attended the driving school and had a great instructor. Will use again when my son is old enough.
