I had an appointment and arrived 7-8 minutes late and the receptionist Veronica said I missed my appointment and that I was 10 minutes late. Their clock is set 10 minutes late. Even when i walked back to my car I wasn't 10 minutes late.
Don't use this location. Veronica just set there with her hands under her chin - totally cold. I think she didn't want me to keep my appointment so she could leave early.
I wouldn't even them 1 star.

LOWEST possible recommendation! I needed a new lens Prescription, mine outdated. I do have a Cararact in one eye, its just started, nothing I can do right now. I went to the store location at Valencia, and the front desk lady was very rude. She was on a personal call and basically ignore me and when she finally finish she never make me feel she wanted my business.

If you can schedule another appointment with someone else you should... But if you need to do business with these people you better make sure you do it on their time, be five minutes late and they will not wait on you, you'll have to reschedule.. What a waste of TIME!!!!!
