Horrible customer service , branch manager, Henry Boice, lacks professionalism and common sense in terms of adding value to customers. He suggested my husband and I close our accounts over the phone and refused a meeting with us regarding élan services. We took our hundreds of thousands of dollars elsewhere. Husband earns close to a million yearly, these unprofessional managers do a good job warding off consumers. Northern Trust in Tucson , what a joke!
