I've rented for 17 years and never have I experienced such unprofessionalism, horrible and condescending attitudes, and openly hostile customer service.

Some of what I've experienced in just three months:

-Outright refusal to fix critical problems, such as a leaky roof. They have in fact refused to fix anything without the threat of legal action.
-Spraying toxic gas in my house without my knowledge and against my express wishes (it nearly killed my cats), and without any ventilation.
-Repeatedly entering the residence without permission or notification.
-"Fixing" the badly leaking washer connection by gluing it closed so it's unusable.
-Insisting that the way to fix dangerously loose outlets is to bend open the prongs of the appliance, and getting hostile with me when I objected. (I was told to "get over it" because "I'm never going to fix any of this.")

And on and on. If you enjoy having landlords who don't answer phone calls or emails, who treat you like garbage, and have no interest in maintaining their own property, this is the company for you. I recommend you save yourself the headache and run far, far away from these slumlords.
