A few steps away from the main gates of the University of Arizona yet when you enter the garden patio, you would think you were in some garden oasis away from everything. The ambiance is quiet and relaxing for being in the city. It's the kind of place you can just wind down at. Walk off the property and your just a block or so from one of Tucson's best shopping districts. There are lots of restaurants, shops, museums and the U of A Presents Theater, all with a few blocks. Beautiful & better than a hotel!

It's private, yet in the middle of EVERYTHING and absolutely beautiful! You can walk to the U of A, 4th Ave, downtown etc.. The owners are friendly, attentive, and down to earth. Jill's breakfast is to die for! Perfect place to stay if you're visiting your college kid or you're a long lost Tucsonan, or you just want a great getaway!
You'll be so happy you chose Peppertrees over a hotel!
