Provided by YP.comStay clear of this shop. They will try to convince you to repair parts you don't need repaired or asked them to look at. The repair took 4x longer then promised and they justified the delay by telling me there so busy because everyone wants there care repaired by them. What a total and complete lie.
Poor service, dishonest unethical owner. STAY CLEAR OF THEM.

Provided by YP.comI cannot begin to express how thankful I am for Mike and the guys at Perfection Auto Works. I'm a young woman with little interest in cars, so it's pretty easy to screw me over when it comes to maintenance on my vehicle. I pay no more for an oil change here than I would at Brake Masters or Fletchers, where they screw me over and manipulate me into paying for extra costly repairs that don't do jack. I will never take my cars anywhere else. When the guys did over $2500 in work to my '98 Volkswagen, Mike pulled out a box with all the old parts that they took from my car and explained why they needed to be replaced. WOW!!! The man takes care of my car as if I were his own daughter he was looking out for.

I'm not a completely clueless female when it comes to my car, but anything more than checking fluid levels or changing tires requires help! Needless to say, I've had a number of business try to screw me over. No one tried to sell me brake light fluid, but I wouldn't have put it past them to try that on other unsuspecting young women. Thankfully a coworker recommended Mike who took care of my car needs as if I was a member of his family, charging me way less than the dealership. I can't stress enough how satisfied you will be with the service you receive here; when Mike did a major overhaul on my '98 VW New Beetle, he showed me the old parts after her replaced them and explained why they needed to replace. Nothing like the other guys who tell me I need new rotors and don't replaced them (Mike found discovered rotors that had been "repaired" were still warped). Now I trust Mike and his employees with all the oil changes and repairs on my '10 Scion tC - going anywhere else just isn't worth the stress!

If you are looking for a place to get your car fixed without the NIGHTMARE of the dealer, take your car to Perfection Auto Works. My wife & I take our cars there because the repairs have always been done correctly, on time and at a fair price. They always give us a free 26 pt. inspection which is nice to know how the car is doing. You will be very pleased with their service and repairs, as we have been !!! Thanks, Lawrence H.

I have a 2000 Saturn and I know this car is very hard to work on and the guys at Perfection Auto Works diagnosed a few problems that I had and fixed it guaranteed their work which is excellent because the car is running beautiful. I didn't have a ride to get there and one of the guys that works there took the time to pick me up which was helpful. I have other cars and will defentely be back again for excellent service.

I went to Perfection Auto Works for a free 26pt. inspection, and the experience was so nice ! My Buick has 89k miles and is in great shape since they saved me $2300.00 ! How ? We went to a transmission shop that said we needed a new transmission. We almost took the bait, but next door was a shop ( Perfection Auto Works ) that looked at the car for FREE, found a chewed wire harness, repaired..... END of transmission shift issue ! Total cost was a bad trip to one shop, and a great experience at Perfection Auto Works...thanks Mike and gang, You guys rule, and we will be back ! MG

For a few years my son was a student at the University of Arizona which-as many of you may know, gave me the challenge of finding a trustworthy, professional, honest and competitively priced auto shop. My mechanic in New Jersey and I checked the Tucson area and came up with Mike Emery and Perfection Auto Works. On more than just a couple of occasions my son took his car there and the work was always done in a timely fashion and we were always completely satisfied with the work performed. On the last occasion the car had a large amount of work done and when it was shipped back home we were amazed at how it looked--it was like we just picked it up at the showroom. In these days of "rip-offs" there are two professions where the most important important credential to me is "do you truly trust the person performing the service"--those are auto mechanics and doctors!Mike and his team certainly have earned our true trust.

Provided by YP.comI regret taking my Ford truck to Perfection Auto works. They took a long time (weeks!), took a a lot of money ($2000), claimed they had fixed the problem (overheating), but in fact did not solve it....the problem persists, and they got angry with me for claiming the problem was still there. I am still shaking my head over their incompetence.

Provided by YP.comAfter waiting two weeks for an appointment, I recently brought my 2002, Saab 93 in to replace a temperature sensor. When I called them late in the afternoon the same day, they hadn’t started on it. I indicated that I needed it the same day, as it was my primary means of transportation. When I arrived, I discovered that they also replaced the oil pressure sending unit. The total was $460.00.
Within a few days after this, the problem with the temperature sensor reappeared. I decided to wait on having this looked at because it wasn't causing me any serious problems. Unfortunately, a month later, I began to get an oil leak. At first it wasn't too bad, but within a few days it became significant, so I called Perfection to get it in for repair. I was told that the first appointment would be three (3) weeks away. In addition, they felt that their work was done properly and that it must be a new issue. Since I believed otherwise, I decided to have the vehicle towed to their shop. They said that the only way they could look at it earlier would be if they got a cancellation. I gave them an entire week, but finally called to let them know I was going to have it towed over to the Saab dealer. I asked them to prepare the bill for the original tow, as I would be in right after work. When I arrived, low and behold, the car was up on the lift being worked on. Wonder of wonders, they discovered that the oil pressure sending unit was loose and leaking. They gave the excuse that it was in a hard-to-get-to area. So they just had to tighten it. No charge, since it was warranty work. However, they still charged me for the towing ($47), and I had a rental car charge ($150) for the week. It’s been several weeks, and I still have no offer to cover these items. Fortunately, the oil leak has not reappeared, so I won’t have to go back. I certainly won’t have them look at the temperature sensor issue, which is still failing.
