Upon arriving home to my judgement my girlfriends California burrito was ice cold. I reluctantly drove back to have them remake it. I thought why wouldn't they remake it; we go there all the time and me being in the industry that's how things work. They told me that they couldn't remake the burrito and they could put it in the microwave. The lady working the front was less then nice, borderline rude. I explained to them that my girlfriend wouldn't eat it, even if they heated it up in the microwave. I could have done that process at home instead of driving all the way back. She kept insisting that was the only thing that they could do, and I allowed them to do so because it would make them feel better. I know what it feels to be on that side of having to deal with something like that, its understandable that food comes out cold at times, its up the the service to make sure that they make it right.
