Don't go here! It is sick-makingly hot. There is a cooler, but apparently the owner is too cheap to run it. Hello- it's the hottest summer on record! I don't support small businesses that put their customers last and care nothing for the health of their employees. If you can't afford the cost of doing business in AZ (cooling three months of the year) then frickin' close up shop, man. The selection is huge but there are other small businesses who do it right and I'll be giving them my business.

PBlow is a great place to spend some time wandering over the huge lot, with the trickling fountains, delicate mesquite canopy and mountain view - I can forget what I came for! Thankfully, someone asks if I need help, and I appreciate the expert opinion of the owner and the manager (who has been there for forever) to choose a pot to fit my plant and my budget. And, there are so many glazes- unbelievable creative inspiration, really, aside from being practical for our hot, dry climate.

I was surprised at the huge inventory here, and enjoyed the fact that I wasn't followed around and badgered to buy something.. The clerk was helpful and very knowledgeable in helping me to find something that fit my home perfectly! I would recommend it to anyone, and the pots are fantastic!

I tried to buy a pot here today and ended up getting thrown out of the store for complaining about poor customer service. Although the store was empty, the clerk ignored me and offered no assistance while I carried around a 30-pound pot. He watched while I loaded the pot onto a wagon and hauled it to the checkout counter. After 10 minutes of waiting, I went outside and asked if he could take my money. While checking out, I mentioned that I thought the service was rather poor. The clerk flew into a rage, screamed that, "I don't have to wait on people like you", chased me out of the store and slammed the door.

Pottery Blow Out must have by far the largest and most comprehensive pottery selection in Tucson. I would have never expected them having such a broad variety in planters and vessels. Thousands of planters - and everything looks to be high-fired. Amazingly glazed vessels, in sizes up to 4 or 5 feet in diameter - at prices I thought were impossible to be beaten. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable - they took excellent care of my needs. Despite offering delivery all over the state, they carefully loaded everything I bought into my car - and secured it so well - that not a single piece broke on my way home... I have been back many times - and as of today, I did not find a better source for pottery in Tucson !!
